According to Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia, fear is “an emotion induced by perceived danger or threat, which causes physiological changes and ultimately behavioural changes, such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived traumatic events.”
Yes, perception.
It is how we perceive situations and events, and this determines our behaviour.
What if this perception we often take for granted was completely wrong?
Each of us bumps into difficult and scary situations in life. Actually, what makes a difference is our reaction to them.
Many times, there are fears that literally accompany us throughout our lives. They limit our choices, actions, and behaviours with our unconscious consent.
This leads us to become “slaves” somehow to our own fears, and this slavery prevents us from living our existence to our fullest possibilities.
Life really becomes “life” when we get rid of the chains we build by ourselves with fear.
